The Guild Charter

1. The number one thing that must be abided is honor and fair-play. This isn't a SYOA situation. There also will be no ninja looting. The things you do while grouped with others will reflect on the whole guild and not just yourself, therefore, you must always be honorable and play fair

2. Second most important rule is to have fun, this is a game and as such it is meant to be fun. To keep the game fun for everyone if there is a problem with another member please let them know in a private tell and not in guild talk, oocs, shouts, or says. If the problem can't be resolved it is to be brought to the attention of the Complaints Officer and he in turn will turn it over to the officers to decide what is to be done. Under no circurmstances is using foul language permitted this includes using symbols, we have members who do not wish to see such obscenities as it is disruptive to the harmony of this guild.

3. In the best interest of the guild we are looking for quality players not quantity, therefore, A player must be at least level 20 and must have fought with at least one guild member for a while and has proven that they are the type of member we seek has been sent to the web page to read this charter they will not be permitted to join until they do so. (this does not apply to current members bringing in their new characters) Once a new member has been invited into the guild he/she will be placed on a 30 day probationary period. NOTE: ONLY THOSE THAT DO NOT FIT OUR GUILD CHARTER WILL BE REMOVED!

4. The guild is like a family and guild members should come first whenever possible. If a guild member needs help we will be there to try and help in any way we can. If for any reason a guild member feels that he/she needs to leave the guild it is common courtesy to let one of the officers know and to email the secretary with your reasons for leaving.

5. Regular guild meetings will be held in guild talk during game play and any/all members on the game at the time are expected to attend the meeting. This ensures that all members will know what is going on in this guild and that all will have a say in the guild activities. While meetings are in progress no one should be fighting they should be in a safe location so that all can pay attention and make the meeting go smoother and faster. Officers meeting will be held in Bbofficer chat. While officers are in a meeting they will not be available to do anything until the meeting is finished, so dont ask the less questions addressed to the officers while they are in a meeting the quicker it can get over and the faster they will be able to help others. IT IS MANDATORY FOR MEMBERS TO ATTEND AT LEAST ONE MEETING A MONTH, Those members missing 3 consecutive meetings will be placed on probation and or disciplinary actions taken. This does not apply to those that have gotten prior approval for missing the meeting from the Guild Leader or Second in Command

6. Begging from other guild members is prohibited

7. Spamming guild members is not allowed.

8. When a guild raid is announced by the raid officer any and all members are invited to attend. Upcoming raids will be posted the EZboard site to give you ample time before a raid to decide if you plan to attend.. Raid etiquette will be determined by the type of raid going on and will be listed on the post for the raid
Raid loot rules are posted below this charter This will be adhered to at all times there will be no deivations from this rules

9. Power leveling events can and do take place.Power leveling events will be announced. Asking to be power leveled at other times will not mean that someone won't help you but that you may not get help doing it.

10. Disciplinary actions will be taken on anyone that violates the guild charter. First action taken will be a letter/or verbal talk given to the offender. After the letter/talk is done and there is not improvement on the part of the offender he will then be suspended from the guild for a 30 day period, after the 30 days he will then be re-admitted to the guild. If any further incidents occur they will be removed from the guild permanently.

11. All members must join www.guildmagic.com so that your name can be added to the roster for our guild and that we may keep an accurate count of members and their emails addresses should there be a time when we would need to send the whole guild information.

12. Anyone who receives a complaint from another character in the game about a guild member will direct the character to the complaints officer so the he can make a list of the complaint and direct the problem to the officers. If for some reason the complaints officer is not on the game at the time they should be directed to the web site contact page so that they can either email the complaints officer with the offense or the secretary. NO MEMBER IS TO TAKE IT UPON HIMSELF TO TRY TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE PROBLEM

13. All other matters not covered in this charter, pertaining to this guild will be done by member vote. Excluding the election of new officers this will be decided by the Guild Leader

14. While you are wearing the Broken Blades guild tag you will in no way shape or form run a casino! NO Exceptions to this rule. If you dont think you can abstain from making one dont bother becoming member.

RAID LOOT RULES:
All loot will be randomed to those that need it on the specific character they are on at the raid.(Yes they can random for more than one item) Please understand to use common sense if the item is not usuable by your class/race dont random. If you need or it is an upgrade then by all means random for it.

If the items is not needed by the immediate characters on the raid we will then random for your alts (unless it is no drop then it will only be randomed to those at the raid who need it. If no one needs the loot then it will either be sold or put in the bank for later use, if it is sold the pp will be split between all members on the raid.

All PP gained on the raid will be split with those acutally staying till the end of the raid and who stay through the randoms. WE are not chasing folks down to give them their split. (All no drop items will be randomed at time of drop, the rest will be randomed at the end of the raid)
